I led the design of a proprietary, mobile-first gateway management platform. This initiative transitioned Ikon from costly third-party tracking hardware to a high-precision, in-house ecosystem. I helped unblock a critical platform migration while ensuring 100% operational accuracy across dealership lots.
The $180k monthly bottleneck
Our platform was tethered to a third-party infrastructure costing $180,000 per month. To achieve profitability and operational independence, we had to migrate to our own proprietary hardware and software
Strategic Mobile-First Design
We couldn't afford to build and maintain separate Native iOS, Android, and Web apps. I had to design a single, responsive web architecture that felt like a native "tool" on mobile but functioned like a powerful "dashboard" on desktop.
I designed a responsive "Gateway Manager" specifically to turn every account manager into a high-speed deployment expert, regardless of their technical background.
